SCHOOL OUTREACH
The Dreamleap School Outreach Program identifies high-potential students from underserved communities — especially RTE students scoring above 70% in Class 10 — and supports them through long-term mentorship, life skills, and career readiness. We partner with schools committed to equity, working closely with faculty to nominate students, engage parents, and provide access to mentors, workshops, and structured support. Together, we help students break barriers and build purposeful, impactful futures.
RTE STUDENTS & 5 Years
The Dreamleap 5-Year Plan empowers high-performing RTE students (70%+ in Class 10) with a structured journey from school to career. Starting with mentorship, skill-building, and soft skills in Year 1, the program expands into college prep, internships, and exposure to real work environments. By Year 3, students receive tailored support based on career tracks like tech, business, or creative fields, along with scholarships and part-time opportunities. In Years 4 and 5, the focus shifts to employability — through internships, resume building, job-readiness bootcamps, and placements — ensuring each student graduates with confidence, capability, and a clear path to success.
